ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SAAS Automotive reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, SAAS Automotive can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, SAAS Automotive reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers who choose SAASwift Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. SAAS Automotive will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit (i.e. BEFORE delivery) by our delivery company.

The delivery times provided by SAAS Automotive are estimates only. SAAS Automotive will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Larger orders may be without notice, split up and shipped over multiple consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be made available.

SAAS Automotive will not be held accountable for delivery instructions left on the order being missed or not followed.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing unless otherwise stated is set to Suggested Retail. Pricing changes at SAAS Automotive are at the direction of the Importer and may be due to currency fluctuations.

If we are supplying you as an International customer, there may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and these are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

LAYBY’S

SAAS Automotive does not offer customer laybys & payment plans, however we do offer ZipPay as an alternative Payment method to accommodate “Buy Now Pay Later” requests.

FRAUD PREVENTION

All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and orders will be held from shipment until security checks have been completed. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided to complete the necessary security checks. Failure to comply with such requests from SAAS Automotive will result in the order being cancelled and the funds being refunded back via the payment method used.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Any item which is to be returned to SAAS Automotive will only be accepted once approval has been granted by SAAS Automotive and a Return Authorisation (RA) number has been generated. SAAS Automotive reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return to not to have met the guidelines set out upon creation of a RA.

The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer and SAAS Automotive reserves the right to hold products until payment of shipping has been made.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, SAAS Automotive shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

SAAS Automotive shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SAAS Automotive shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product images may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Please refer to images as a reference only and rely on product titles, descriptions and fitment listings for accuracy.

MARKETING

By ordering or registering on SAAS Automotive you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our Customer Service team and we will remove you from marketing communications. We do not share, sell or exchange any customer contact information with other companies excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.

WHOLESALE

SAAS Automotive is both a wholesaler to our preferred Dealer Network and reseller to end user customers. Products which are imported by SAAS Automotive may also be available in our Dealers’ physical stores, on our Dealers’ websites and/or eBay stores. If you believe you may meet our criteria for becoming a Dealer, you will need to apply for a credit application by contacting our Accounts team. Dealer pricing is not available to any customer/reseller which has not created a trading account with SAAS Automotive.

SAAS Automotive Sale Pricing Terms and Conditions

We are not able to offer sale pricing outside of the sale period. If you purchase an item outside of the sale time frame, it will be the original price. If an item you purchased goes on sale afterwards, we are not able to reimburse the difference.

All items, including sale items, can be returned in accordance to our returns policy however, if you choose to exchange after the sale has ended the new item will return to the original price. We suggest purchasing replacement items right away to secure the sale price.

We are not able to special order in, layby or raincheck items at the sale price. Sales price is final, no further discounts.

We are not able to hold items prior to complete payment, to secure items you will need to pay in full.

Items added to your cart at sale price during the sale will return to their original price once the sale has ended.

Any quotes created during the sale will be cancelled once the sale has ended, and the items will return to the original price.

SAAS Automotive Sale Pricing FAQs

  • I bought an item full price and now it’s on sale. Can I get my money back?

No, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the difference in sale price. If you are keen to snag a bargain, it is possible to return the full priced item that is unused and in its original condition, and then repurchase the item for the sale price so long as it complies with our returns policy.   • Can I return an item I bought on sale?

Yes, we have a 30 days returns period for all items purchased from SAAS Automotive (including sale items). Check out our Returns Policy info here: SAAS Automotive Returns Policy

  • A sale item I am after is out of stock, can you order it in for me at the sale price?

No, unfortunately not. Any SAAS sale offer is for a limited time only and only while stocks last, so if an item is out of stock unfortunately the offer has ended. Make sure you act quickly so you don’t miss out.

  • Can I layby an item for the sale price?

No, SAAS Automotive does not offer a Layby service and, sorry, no rainchecks either. We’re happy to let you know we do offer ZipPay for in stock items, so check out our ZipPay info here: 

  • Can you hold items for me to pick up or purchase later?

No, unfortunately we cannot secure items for you without payment. To secure your items, you can place a “Pickup” order and make payment online. This will ensure your stock is secured at the sale price until you come and pick it up.

  • I added an item to my cart at the sale price; why is it now full price?

The sale is for a limited time only, so if you add an item to your cart but don’t check out before the sale ends, the item will return to the original price. Unlikely, but you can be caught short if you save your query for purchase later and the sale has subsequently ended.

  • When will my order be dispatched during the sale?

We will make every effort to dispatch all orders on time, as promised, as per usual. Orders processed before 2pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday should be dispatched that same day. Check out our shipping info here: SAAS Automotive Shipping Policy

  • I was emailed a quote/invoice with the sale price; can I still pay for the quote/invoice at the same price later?

No, once the sale has ended all unpaid orders and quotes will be cancelled and items will return to the original price. Keep in mind that stock is not secured until fully paid for, so be quick to seal the deal!
