SAAS Automotive Shipping Policy

SAAS Automotive endeavours to have all the products listed on our website in stock and ready to be picked and dispatched by our warehouse team. The only exceptions are those that are flagged "Out of Stock” or “Pre-Order”. The latter denotes an item that is currently out of stock, but has an expected shipment estimated time of arrival. Note that any/all ETA's are subject to change based on Carrier advice and updates.

Dispatched the same day

All orders received by 12pm AEST weekdays (AEDT during Daylight Savings) that have an available stock on hand are picked and packed for carrier collection the same day. We are not responsible for carrier futile pickups.

Delivery and Cost Estimates

We endeavour to provide these as accurately as possible, and for Australian address postcodes only. These estimates are provided by our shipping partners Australia Post, Couriers Please and Border Express, and are intended as a guide only. Bulky items such as Seats and Exhaust Systems, Dangerous Goods and shipments dispatched during peak periods such as Christmas may take longer.

  • Please note that we are only able to deliver to PO Boxes for selected goods and selected Carriers.

Delivery type icons presented are for display purposes only and may not accurately reflect the final transport method used. Remember, place your order before 12PM AEST/AEDT to ensure it leaves our warehouse the same day.

SAASwift Shipping Details

The SAASwift service is offered by SAAS Automotive and provisions the FASTEST possible freight method to just about ANYWHERE in Australia. SAASwift reaches more locations and is the cheapest option when you need to get your order FAST and fully tracked.

As this service is designed to get your order to your door without delay, the SAASwift method is strictly an “Authority to Leave” request. If you’re not home at the time the delivery reaches your address, the driver will leave your parcel conveniently at the location, so keep this in mind as your order is your responsibility to collect once it has left the courier’s possession. 

If you select SAASwift as your freight method, be aware that SAAS Automotive will not accept accountability for ANY delayed, lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders. The SAASwift service departs Monday - Friday every week, but not on weekends or public holidays. 

All orders placed before 12pm AEST/AEDT Monday - Friday are prepared ready for carrier collection on the same day.

Australian Shipping Details

We use Australia Post E-parcel for most of our shipping and on occasion, Border Express, Startrack Express or Couriers Please for bulky and/or other select consignments. Where possible, we always strive to use the best carrier solution for the fastest consignment delivery. You will receive a dispatch update once the goods are ready for collection, and tracking can be made using the link provided to the carrier tracking portal.

Delivery Times:

We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure the best possible web shopping experience with us. We appreciate your business and will always aim to offer the best shipping outcome as a gesture of this appreciation.

Delivery times do vary around Australia - if you would like an estimated delivery time we recommend you use the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator. Our dispatch suburb/postcode is Campbellfield VIC, 3061 but bear in mind we are not common carriers and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by freight carriers.

New Zealand Shipping Details

We welcome orders from our friends across the Tasman. In the main it is practical to ship almost any item from our range however we will need to quote you on some bulky and/or heavy items such as Seats.

We will contact you right away if there are any issues with your International order.

NZ Delivery Times:

All applicable orders shipped to New Zealand will be, where practical, shipped with Australia Post Express Courier International. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier but it is advisable to always check the carrier website for any possible delays.

NZ Customs/Duties:

Orders over NZD$60.00 can incur customs charges and may be liable for GST (15%) in New Zealand. SAAS Automotive has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your consignment has arrived in New Zealand.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and SAAS Automotive will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your consignment may be abandoned, and SAAS Automotive will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will NEVER do this.

Other International Shipping Details (where destination available)

We offer very competitive Express International Shipping to other selected International destinations. To calculate a price simply add items to your cart then update your country in the shipping calculator on the cart or checkout pages.

Delivery Times:

All applicable orders shipped out of Australia are shipped with Australia Post Express Courier International. Be aware that once the goods arrive in your country, Australia Post may utilise local services/contractors for on-forwarding and they are then relying on them to operate efficiently and without error. Due to the many variables encountered with international freight contractors, SAAS Automotive cannot be held liable for international consignments that are lost in transit. Currently we do not offer insurance on our international shipping. Please be aware that you accept responsibility for lost international consignments and SAAS Automotive will not re-ship or refund your order.

We will contact you right away if there are any issues with your international order.

Customs/Duties:

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the consignment reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the consignment. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

SAAS Automotive cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your consignment may be abandoned, and SAAS Automotive will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

As each country has its own customs department, the easiest way to locate and contact them is to use Google and type in: "Customs and import duties - followed by the name of your country" and you will be able to navigate to the appropriate site and contact them to complete the delivery.

Further Considerations

  • Even in the e-Commerce age, Weekends don’t count! All lead times are quoted in business days and exclude public holidays.
  • If you order after 12pm AEST/AEDT, orders will be processed the following business day.
  • Dispatch is based on items leaving our Melbourne Warehouse.
  • Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
  • Errors happen; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and contact you as soon as possible to address the inconvenience.

Order Status & Tracking

You can check the status of your order and track any dispatched consignments from Your Account (you will also get an email with a tracking link when the item is dispatched).
